Job Description :-

• Understanding manpower requirement and drafting the job description.

• Referring Internal Database, Employee referrals, Job Posting & Bulk Mailing etc.

• Strong in internet research in understanding the technology before jumping into the requirement.

• Sourcing profiles for experienced candidates as per job specification and skill set.

• Sourcing candidate as per client requirement through various job portals like Monster, naukri etc. Headhunting candidates through social media and professional networking sites.

• Screening the profiles received from all the employees & maintaining the database.

• Screening candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interview, arranging technical interview & coordinating with concerned person

• Negotiating salary details with the Candidates

• Follow up with the offered candidates and keep track on their joining dates and relocation.

• Maintaining a continuous follow up with the candidate after the interview till the date of joining.
