Customer Support Travel Process
Experience: 0-2 Yr (Fresher can also Apply)
Inhand Salary: Freshers -13.5K, Experienced -16.5k
Shift: 24*7
Transport Policy: Cabs in Odd Hours (8pm-8am)

Roles & Responsibilities: -
• Handling Inbound calls.
• Solving customer's queries related to Travel.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

Desired Skills: -
• Good communication skill.
• Customer Service Background.
• Flexible with shifts.
• PG: Post Graduation Not Required.
